Sunday 22 June, the Genval Yacht Club welcomed a BEL-ILCA National regatta. 
Due to the end-year exam period for the younger sailors, the event primarily targeted ILCA 7 sailors. However, a few younger sailors did show up and were given the opportunity to try a bigger sail. Seeing the light wind conditions of the early morning, the challenge was vastly accepted by lighter sailors.
If the wind was indeed light throughout the morning, it grew stronger after lunch to deliver gusts up to 15 knots, making the challenge for lighter sailors really worth it.
